Monthly Topics & Program Schedule
Built Not Born is structured around monthly focus topics. Each month we focus on one key area related to physical health, stress management, emotional health, relationships, or career and life direction. The goal is to focus on one area at a time and make steady, consistent progress throughout the year.
The official curriculum begins in June, starting with Physical Health and Wearable Tracking, which will be an ongoing part of the program throughout the year.

This structure helps members stay focused and consistent while improving one area at a time rather than trying to change everything at once.
Live Workshop Schedule
Live workshops are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 AM.
The first Tuesday workshop focuses on education and teaching related to the monthly topic. The third Tuesday workshop focuses on discussion, coaching, and Q&A.
Workshops are available to Become membership members, and recordings will be available in the video library for members who cannot attend live.
